Centre's services defined and prepared in a charter

All services will be defined by the joint effort of the project partners and prepared in a comprehensive and friendly manner to be used under potential beneficiaries consultation exercise.

Following activity 1.3.2, the project partners will have a clear and realistic perspective on their potential beneficiaries' priorities, expectancies and thus lay the pavement for a successful business-oriented organization.

Service delivery instruments created and promoted

Website, online database and virtual exhibition, library and mediateque, and e-bulletins designed, implemented and used by the implementation team, during the project, and afterwards, by Centre and Sub-centre staff, in the benefit of the beneficiaries.

Centre 3-year development strategy and 1-year action plan agreed among the project partners

The Centre will benefit of a coherent and integrated development strategy ensuring its market penetration and efficiency, visibility and sustainability at cross-border level. Also, the two programming documents will be a cooperation concrete base for a sustainable project partnership.

Partnership Agreement signed

The project partnership will be established post-project, while the 50 participants in the 1-day Silistra signing event aware of the Centre and sub-centre.

11 persons recruited and hired as the Centre and sub-centre staff

The staff of the centre and sub-centre, with concrete job descriptions and mission will be hired observing the labour legislation.

9 persons trained for the Centre specialisation

Following the 10-day training sessions in Ostrov and Silistra, the 9 operational staff will understand better their mission, be equipped with the adequate skills, knowledge and perspective.

Cross Border Oenology and Viticulture Centre «Danube Terraces» promoted

Potential beneficiaries will become aware of the Centre and sub-centre, services, coverage, mission, etc. due to 20,000 leaflets and 22 paid announcements published in various local media of 7 towns.

1 stakeholders data base created

Stakeholders’ database as work instrument for the Centre and Sub-centre, as well as for project partners, created through their joint effort, with a start 150 entries.

5 emailing sessions towards the stakeholders of the project

150 stakeholders aware of the Centre and Sub-centre, as well as for project partners.

50 stakeholders directly aware on the Centre and informed on the sector’s subject

50 persons will become directly aware of the Centre and more informed on related subjects, and 50 more persons will become aware of the wine and viticulture offer, during a 2-days launch event in Ostrov RO.
